It’s lightweight and comfortable, which I appreciated because I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately and didn’t want anything fussy. It’s okay overall, just not perfect.

I got my order from legacylocs.com, it was packed nicely. The box wasn’t like anything fancy, but it was clean, and nothing came damaged, so I was happy with that.

Everything inside was laid out in a neat way too, which made it easy to open and check out. You could tell they actually put a little thought into how it looked, not just tossed stuff in there.

I’m giving it 4 stars only because the outside of the box had a small dent, but the items themselves were totally fine. Overall, it gave me a good first impression.

Got this installed quickly, so that was nice. There was one step that made me stop and stare at the instructions for a minute, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, the installation process was satisfactory and met expectations. Anyway, yeah, easy in the end.

I really wanted to like this, especially since I spent more than I normally would and figured the higher price meant better quality. But it just didn’t feel worth it once I actually got it. It’s not terrible or anything, but it’s average, and for that amount of money I think it’s fair to expect something nicer. Maybe I was expecting too much, but I don’t think so given what they charge. I kind of regret buying it and wouldn’t purchase it again

I ordered from legacylocs.com and ended up reaching out to support with a question. I’ll admit, I kind of use response time as a quick way to judge a company, so when it took a couple days to hear back, I started assuming it might be a hassle. But once they did reply, the answer was clear and helpful enough. So it wasn’t a bad experience at all, just slower than I would’ve liked. Overall, okay.

I ordered the dark brown, but what showed up was this odd reddish color, not what I expected at all. It really didn’t look anything like the pictures, disappointing.

I thought I’d get it done quickly and move on with my day, but it ended up taking way longer than expected and threw off my plans. Checkout worked in the end, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience. Hopefully the delivery and product make up for it.

It actually showed up quicker than I expected, so I was really happy with the shipping.

I was nervous about ordering because I didn’t want to get tricked by nice pictures, and sadly that’s kind of how it felt. The locs looked way better online than they did in person. They felt cheap, some pieces were uneven, and a few started frizzing way too quickly. For the price, I really expected better. I wouldn’t buy these again
